Dans quel \u00e9tat \u00e9tait-il ? Y avait-il des infiltrations en dessous ?  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le d\u00e9fi : d\u00e9river un cours d&rsquo;eau pour ass\u00e9cher une section du bord de l&rsquo;eau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Afin de rendre la r\u00e9novation possible, une section du bord de l&rsquo;eau devait \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement ass\u00e9ch\u00e9e ; d&rsquo;abord pour une inspection approfondie et ensuite pour la r\u00e9novation proprement dite.<\/p>\n\n<p>Or, fermer un cours d&rsquo;eau naturel avec un barrage en terre n&rsquo;est pas complexe, MAIS le Melsterbeek est situ\u00e9 entre le b\u00e2timent du moulin et une route publique, juste avant un pont sous lequel coule le Melsterbeek.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait donc pas possible de cr\u00e9er une d\u00e9rivation naturelle du cours d&rsquo;eau par excavation.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La solution : utilisation des barri\u00e8res temporaires de by-pass NoFloods Barriers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aqwatt.com\/en\/cases\/eco-friendly-mobile-dam-and-aqueduct-by-flexible-tubes-for-bypassing-the-metstermill-in-belgium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AQwatt<\/a>, notre partenaire belge, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er une zone de travail s\u00e8che en utilisant les barri\u00e8res temporaires de by-pass NoFloods Barriers.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cela consistait \u00e0 utiliser le <a href=\"https:\/\/nofloods.com\/nofloods-removable-flood-barrier\/\">NoFloods FlexWall<\/a> pour construire un \u00ab barrage \u00bb et 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/nofloods.com\/inflatable-flood-barriers\/\">tubes jumeaux<\/a> flexibles pour servir de tuyaux d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Un FlexWall plus petit a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;eau de refluer.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-result\"><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue en amont et transport\u00e9e naturellement via les tubes jumeaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en aval.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait sans pompes, sans bruit, sans consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et sans empi\u00e9tement probl\u00e9matique sur l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Regardez la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous pour voir comment notre partenaire belge a pu cr\u00e9er une zone de travail s\u00e8che en utilisant les tubes temporaires de d\u00e9rivation NoFloods pour contourner le cours d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Bypass Waterways - Sustainable Bypass of Streams and Canals\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3ORzxVcQCB4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>P.S.
