The NoFloods Barriers can be used as a mobile reservoir for water/liquid storage inside the tubes and/or in the reservoir created by a full-circle deployment of the tubes. E.g. 400m tubes deployed in this way create a 10,000 m3 reservoir. The inner liner can be made of food-grade material, enabling storage of drinking water inside the tubes, and the membrane used to create the outside reservoir likewise.
