NoFloods AluBarrier Installation Guide

- Regularly inspect fasteners, panels, and membrane for wear or damage.

Set Up the Support Legs
- Unfold the leg assemblies and position them upright.
- Connect adjacent leg sections using the quick connector rods.
- Ensure all legs are properly aligned and securely braced for stability.

Install the ALU Panels
- Place the aluminum panels onto the leg structures.
- Use the panel fasteners to lock the panels securely into place.
- Confirm that each panel is firmly attached and flush with adjoining panels to maintain barrier continuity.

Attach the NoFloods Membrane
- Unroll the special flood membrane along the front (flood-facing) side of the barrier.
- Attach the membrane to the top edge of the aluminum panels using the designated clips.
- Extend the membrane outwards and anchor the outer edge with chain links or weights to ensure full ground contact and water-tightness.
Disassembly Guide
- Detach the membrane from the aluminum panel clips.
- Roll or fold the membrane neatly and inspect for any damage.
- Store in a dry, protected area.
- Unlock and remove each ALU panel from the support legs.
- Stack and secure panels for transport or storage.
- Remove the connector rods between leg sections.
- Fold or collapse each leg assembly.
- Clean and pack all components for reuse.
