We have developed several accessory solutions to address both storage and deployment concerns.
These solutions help ensure that barriers are always on-site, when and where they are needed, quickly and efficiently.
Below, we will present a selection of logistics features and options that enhance the safety and reliability of the deployment process.
These include the utilization of containers, storage in boxes and platforms, as well as transport via trucks and trailers.
Rapid Deployment Containers Tailormade for NoFloods PRO Barriers
In May 2023, at a live training event attended by firefighters and natural disaster ground crew personnel from the Fire Department of the Moravian-Silesian Region, an impressive technological milestone was unveiled.
The event showcased a brand new state-of-the-art accomplishment, where 500 meters of flood barriers were securely stored in a 20-foot rapid deployment container.
Environment Solution in cooperation with our Czech partner Luing Pyrex Group, provided the Fire Department of the Moravian-Silesian Region with 500 meters of NoFloods TwinTube PRO 125 Barriers which can retain water up to 80-100 cm.
The barriers were delivered in a container specially designed to store NoFloods Barriers.
The use of space inside the container is fully optimized for live deployment, resulting in fast and easy mobile barrier roll-out and installation, essential in any emergency event and at a lower cost.
The container can be helicoptered in or put on a truck in next to no time, then swiftly transported to the desired location.
One can even call it a 500m Plug’n’Play flood protection system ?.
Another great option of storing the NoFloods Barriers in deployment containers has been developed for the City of Karlsruhe, Germany.
This involves storing 1 km of NoFloods PRO 125 Barriers in containers such as these (see the gallery below).

NoFloods Barrier Truck Transportation
One of the main advantages that the NoFloods System offers is the easy transportation of hundreds of meters of mobile barriers from storage facilities to the flood site.

NoFloods Deployment & Storage Boxes
The Deployment and Storage boxes tailormade for NoFloods Barriers are made of coated plywood in a hardy and robust design.
This ensures their long-term utility, durability and dependability in live flood situations.
The NoFloods Boxes can be stacked on top of each other using forklifts (or similar equipment) as shown in the image below.
The boxes can be transported to the deployment site where the tubes can be effortlessly rolled onto a hydraulic winch drum or similar equipment.
This streamlined process allows for efficient and seamless handling of the tubes, ensuring quick and effective deployment as needed.
Other items or equipment such as NoFloods Terminals and Junctions can be placed on top of the boxes to save space while in the warehouse.
The NoFloods Boxes can also be used for other purposes such as storage of deployment accessories, pumps, hoses and many other necessary or helpful items.

NoFloods Deployment & Storage Platforms
The NoFloods Storage & Deployment Platforms can be used as high-quality pallets for storing equipment items like NoFloods Terminals and Junctions.
The NoFloods Platforms are designed with the same level of robustness and sturdiness as the NoFloods Boxes, featuring similar dimensions.
This design allows for convenient storage of the platforms on top of the Storage & Deployment Boxes, making deployment logistics as well as warehouse storage easy, safe and reliable.
Trailer Storage and Transportation
An alternate possibility for storage and/or transport could be to store/transport the equipment on trailers.
